Delete your account & data

Option 1: From the app

1. Open Assisty AI and go to Profile.
2. Tap "Delete account".
3. Dial the removal code shown, to stop call forwarding first.
4. Confirm, then tap "Confirm & delete account".

Option 2: Without the app

Email [email protected] from your registered contact, or include your registered phone number, asking us to delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: phone number, display name, preferred language
• Contacts you saved in the app
• Call history: recordings, transcripts, and summaries
• Device push-notification tokens

Requests, from either option, are fully processed and all data permanently removed within 48 hours. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and why.
